The Empty House

Collaborative project between my Grandfather and myself. A lovingly crafted narrative work, the poem written by Barry Dugmore will be accompanied by illustrations visually detailing the content within the text. The narrative ‘walks’ the reader through the rooms and grounds of a centuries-old grand house, painting a beautiful picture of how it appears now and what may once have occurred within.

This project is currently ongoing, the illustration spreads included are drafts of the final images.
